Proper Use of Certification & Certification Mark
At Elite Quality & Standardization Certificates – L.L.C. – S.P.C. (Elite QSC), we uphold the integrity of our certification system through well-defined procedures for the use of issued certificates and certification marks. Certified organizations are expected to comply strictly with these guidelines to maintain transparency, impartiality, and credibility in the marketplace.
Purpose & Scope
This guidance ensures that certified clients use the certificate and certification mark issued by Elite QSC in a manner that is accurate, appropriate, and does not mislead end users, partners, or regulatory bodies.
These procedures apply to all clients certified by Elite QSC for management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and others. They define rules concerning the display, reproduction, and promotion of certification status.
Client Responsibilities
Certified clients are responsible for:
• Ensuring full compliance with the outlined usage rules.
• Preventing misuse or misrepresentation of certification.
• Informing Elite QSC of any organizational changes that might affect certification validity.

Misuse and Non-Compliance
Elite QSC actively monitors the use of its certification marks and takes strict actions against misuse, including:
• Formal written notices requesting corrective action.
• Temporary suspension of certification (up to 6 months).
• Permanent withdrawal of certification if misuse continues or corrective action is not taken.
• Legal action, if necessary, for repeated violations.
Important Reminders for Certified Clients
- Use the certification mark only in the prescribed format and proportion.
- Do not use the accreditation body’s mark unless explicitly authorized.
